Daceyville Public School: Heritage Roof Restoration

Lennox Constructions were engaged to renew roofing at Daceyville Public School in Blocks A, C and E. This project involved removal of existing roof tiles, installation of new safety fall arrest mesh, installation of heavy-duty insulation, terracotta tiled roofing and the installation of a new roof safety system.

With two of the buildings being heritage-listed, Lennox Constructions understood the challenges of delivering this project. We were able to complete the replacement of the roof tiles with no disturbance to the original buildings and retaining the buildings’ original aesthetic.
